Return & Purchase Policy

All coins and precious metals are sold based on our professional opinion of authenticity and condition. No warranty, express or implied is made regarding a coin's grade or description, as grading is subjective.

Customers assume the risks of grading opinions and market fluctuations beyond the control of Coastal Coin & Bullion.

Returns

• RMA required for approved returns.
• Refused shipments accepted only if never delivered or accepted.
• Special-order items, rare collectibles, signature items, custom sets, and market-sensitive items are not returnable.
• Trades, liquidations, and bullion transactions are final.

Order Cancellations

Already shipped and special orders cannot be canceled.

Final Sale

All sales become final seven (7) days after delivery unless required otherwise by law.

Privacy Policy

We use customer information only to process orders and provide service. We do not sell personal information.

Shipping Policy

Orders are securely packaged and shipped with insured carriers when appropriate.
